Restaurant Botanic are looking to expand their management team as we prepare to announce the opening of our second sister restaurant, ‘The Lodge’ set to open this Spring.
We are on the search for dedicated professionals looking to take the reigns of a truly unique venue, serving up an exceptional food and beverage offering in the heart of the Adelaide Botanic Garden. Multiple positions available for a range of skillset and specialisations.
Available for immediate start, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with the General Manager in creating a thriving venue space that boasts an on trend dining experience, with an eclectic beverage offering. This is a rare opportunity for anyone looking to take on a fresh hospitality venue and make their mark as a leading member of the South Australian Hospitality trade, backed by a strong network of supportive mentors and colleagues.
The Space

What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of premium wine & beverage experience
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Full or Part Time availability considered
- Effective planning and time management skills
- Interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of food and beverage service with desire to continue their development
