The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and overseeing staff.

- Supervising and training food and beverage attendants of a lower grade.
- Preparing and mixing a range of sophisticated drinks. Preparing garnishes.
- Cleaning tables. Picking up glasses.
- General cleanliness of the work area. Cleaning and care of glasses and equipment.
- Practicing proper workplace health and safety procedures.
- Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the employer.
At least one year's previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is required, and a background in hospitality is preferred.
