- Assistant Venue Manager/Relief Venue Manager – Full-time salaried position depending on experience.
- Bar & Floor Supervisor – Level 4 or Level 5 pending shift duties. Must have Approved Manager's card.
- Bar staff – Level 3. Preferably have some sort of cocktail experience
- Food runners/Wait staff Level 1 or Level 2
- Barista’s – Level 2
- Sous Chef
- Chef de Party
- Kitchen Hand

Due to open in May, Fallow Liquor & Eatery will deliver a unique bar experience nestled in the heart of Northbridge, combining rustic charm, delectable cuisine, and an array of craft beverages.
At the heart of Fallow is its wood fire oven, boasting a wide hearth that produces unique dishes with a distinct intent. The culinary team overseen by Stuart Laws passionately curates a menu that showcases the finest ingredients cooked to perfection over a raging fire. From baked goods to perfectly roasted meats and vegetables, every dish is a testament to the artistry of open-flame cooking.
The venue also hosts a unique meat vault, showcasing the finest cuts of meat aged to perfection. Fallow takes great pride in its extensive collection of craft beverages. From carefully selected local wines by the glass to Australia’s foremost vineyards by the bottle, local breweries, international hops & malt on tap and bespoke cocktails, the bar offers a diverse range of libations to cater to every taste.
The bar's beer cellar further elevates the experience, offering an impressive selection of specialty pack beers from around the world, carefully curated to complement the menu offerings.
