Pizzica is looking for Waiters and Bar Attendant Supervisor and Cafe And Restaurant Manager for their busy Italian restaurant.

Main duties and responsibilities of waiters:

·         Greeting customers showing great customer service skills;

·         Taking orders and presenting the menus;

·         Serving food and drinks;

·         Cleaning tables and service areas;

·         Bringing bills to the customers and collect payments.

Main duties and responsibilities of Bar Attendant Supervisor:

·         Greeting guests, managing the bookings and reservations;

·         Working in collaboration with the other supervisors and Management team;

·         Responding to customers requests and assisting them in a professional manner;

·         Cleaning glasses, tables, bar areas;

·         Organising and preparing orders and a mix of cocktails and/or sophisticated drinks, serving wines, and other drinks as requested;

·         Being responsible of all the bar areas and equipment;

·         Ensuring to respect polices and procedures in place and practicing appropriate workplace health and safety procedures at all time;

·         Being responsible of the training and supervising of the food and beverage attendants of a lower grade.

Main duties and responsibilities of Cafe And Restaurant Manager 

·         Estimate food and beverage consumption;

·         Place orders with suppliers and schedule delivery of beverage/fresh food;

·         Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards plus liquor regulations are obeyed;

·         Recruit and hire staff;

·         Training and managing staff;

·         Monitor food preparations and methods;

·         Make decisions in regard to every aspect of the management of the venue;

·         Maintain company procedures in regards to cash handling and record keeping while observing safety protocol during opening and closing of the restaurant;

·         Manage the budget for the restaurant.

For all position listed above, the right candidates will have at least 1 year of experience, great customer service skills and time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000 – 75,000 per year
