We are seeking a driven and motivated Team Leader with a passion for driving and delivering superior customer service and motivating our Sandbar, Infinity & Lagoon teams.
Key Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in a leadership role in a bar
- Knowledge of requirements as a Team Leader of licensed premises
- Extensive knowledge of liquor, bartending and service protocols.
- Strong experience in cocktail making
- Health, safety and hygiene requirements for food and beverage operations
- Previous experience in HACCP requirements
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Positive outlook and strong team player
- Cash handling experience
- Experience in Team Leadership including training and developing a team
- Leading the team by example and a hands on approach
- Monitor weekly inventory
- Computer literate including experience of Microsoft office packages
- Experience with F&B marketing / promotions
- Ability to read and understand financial statements
This is a great career opportunity for a motivated Team Leader, or potentially for an outstanding Senior Bars Attendant looking for progression. This is a fast paced and diverse environment and the need to find an individual with flexibility is paramount. You will need to have availability to work weekends and "graveyard shifts".
