About the Opportunity: We are currently seeking Full-time Control Room Officers for a prestigious corporate facility in Parramatta. As a Control Room Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining security standards and delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: Base rate for 40 hours: $38.36 per hour Additional hours and shifts: $53.74 per hour (including OT and additional shifts on days off) Roster: Day shift only Monday to Friday 12-hour shifts 10 shifts over 3 weeks (Week 1: 3 shifts, Week 2: 4 shifts, Week 3: 3 shifts) Minimum guaranteed hours: 40 per week The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to: Assess and respond to situations of risk or hazard. Access control and monitoring CCTV, Alarm systems Incident report writing and data logs. Site safety and monitoring Providing consistent high quality customer service Control access to security sensitive areas Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public. Monitor Access control, alarm control and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents.
