The company requires a full time Battering Factory Manager at our Mood Food Factory located in Rokeby. We are looking for a person who is dedicated, enthusiastic, and hardworking, who will drive excellence and success now and into the future.
Applicants with the following skills and experience will be considered for the position:
- Experience in a cooking/food preparation
- Outstanding communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong initiative and motivation
- Hands on attitude
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Problem solving skills and customer empathy
- At least 3 years’ experience in a food production environment
- Experience in battering process would be an advantage
- Food Handling and food preparation experience
- Minimum of Grade 12 education
Applicants are required to submit a current (within 6 months) National Police Check with their application, a pre-employment medical for successful applicants is also required.
