Group Labour Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing, implementing, and optimising data-driven insights and analytics across our organization, focusing on workforce efficiency, labour productivity, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for enhancing labor productivity.
- Develop standards and data collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting pipelines.
- Manage labor rate models in accordance with contractual requirements and construct appropriate models to articulate changes.
- Assist in building an enterprise labor analytics function with statistical methodology and analytical capability.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, including the development of reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automation to streamline all reporting and analysis processes.
About You:- Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Cognos, etc. Experience with data visualszation tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Ability to learn quickly, work under short deadlines, and manage competing priorities of varying complexity and urgency.
- Apply technical expertise and sound mathematics and statistical knowledge to support data discovery, gathering, cleaning, transformation, and analysis with meticulous attention to detail.
- Work both independently and within a team to achieve strategic objectives.
- Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Preferably hold a relevant tertiary degree in ICT, statistics, science, or a related field.
