About the job

Our client’s mission is to provide flexible property secured loans to help clients achieve their goals. Funding transactions includes construction and  development, bridging loans, equity releases, dedicated GST funding or equity release opportunities. They are exceptional at structuring a broad range of property secured transactions in a way that works for clients.


The role


They have strong growth objectives, and need talented and ambitious people to help achieve goals. Reporting directly to the group CEO and a board member, you will be responsible for building on existing and new broker and client relationships, analysing new lending opportunities, and presenting and executing transactions to the deal team and credit committee. You will provide valuable input into the marketing strategy of the business, and will be focussed on driving growth and meet prospective partners in person.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify, contact, engage, and partner with broker referrers
  • Implement a strategic plan to engage partners and deliver lending targets
  • Develop partnerships to build market awareness and referral opportunities
  • Identify and win new referral partnerships
  • Analyse new lending opportunities referred to us including structuring loan transactions, performing the necessary due diligence and research, preparing the loan application and presenting it to the credit committee, whole of transaction engagement
  • Build personal and company profile in the market via social media, events and other marketing activities
  • Maintain accurate KPI information in our company CRM system and sales pipeline reporting
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Successful experience working within a sales / BDM role, ideally in the property/financial services sector
  • Ambition and energy needed to be an important member of a fast growing company
  • Ability to identify, contact and partner with our target referral market
  • Experience either working as a finance broker or partnering with finance brokers would be very advantageous 
  • Excellent relationship building skills and engaging personality
  • Be an articulate and confident communicator
  • A team player who has the flexibility needed to work in a dynamic environment
