Personal Assistant to the Surgery and Anaesthetics Program
- Permanent Full Time, a monthly Accrued Day Off
- Based at Blackburn Public Surgical Centre but may include occasional travel to other sites
- Work close to home in one of Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs in a small, friendly team

About the role
As the Personal Assistant working at Blackburn you would provide high level administrative support to aid smooth and efficient running of tthe Blackburn site, as well as play a key part in supporting management and operation of the Surgery and Anaesthetics Program within Eastern Health.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Extensive experience in the provision of high level administrative, secretarial and executive support services to senior executives, including the preparation of agendas, minutes and providing support to committees as required
- Ability to display initiative and to work independently as required.
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills with an ability to efficiently time manage self and to meet strict deadlines
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products and moderate to high level understanding of multiple forms of technology
- A demonstrated ability and commitment to work as part of a team and share best practice
- Commitment to teamwork and maintaining confidentiality in all matters
- An ability to manage, review, develop and maintain office systems and procedures
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
