Role:
We are looking for a dynamic hard working Beauty Advisor to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy Glebe Hill Village.
We are looking for someone with previous beauty and fragrance experience who is available to work Tuesday-Saturday on a full-time basis.
The Beauty Advisor's role is vital in the provision of professional service to customers in the cosmetic, skin care and fragrance area.
Responsibilities:
- Drives sales by activating store based customer database
- Set goals and strategies with the Retail Manager for sales growth in category
- Promote category through events like in-store demonstrations
- Build relationships with suppliers
- Share knowledge and up skill the team
- Manage section to meet sales budgets
- Build a 6 month event plan and have a supporting business plan to ensure events are profitable
- Set targets and participations rates for events
- Utilise social media opportunities to drive engagement with the category
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy.
- Retail and Pharmacy knowledge preferred but not essential
