This is a newly established position, and day-to-day responsibilities may change over time. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Data Entry, Document Management and Electronic Filing - this will be a key component of the role, as you will be supporting our managers to streamline systems, reduce paperwork and maintain up to date records. We will welcome your suggestions for improvements, as you get stuck into the work.
- Fleet Management - maintain accurate records of our vehicles and drivers, including licences, driver agreements, fuel cards. Assist with insurance and infringements and maintenance scheduling.
- Accounts Payable - assist with invoice and expense processing and reconciliation,payroll.
- HR and Safety Admin - assist with recruitment, onboarding, policy review, and maintaining up to date records and documentation.
- General Office Administration - including answering phone calls, sorting mail and emails, ordering supplies.
