Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Beauty Therapist to join our team at Bloom Brows & Body. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty treatments and a specialisation in eyebrow treatments and shaping techniques. If you have a great understanding of eyebrow treatments, including waxing, tinting, brow lamination, brow mapping, and brow henna, we invite you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, Lash Extensions, Lash and Brow treatment and other beauty therapies.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding eyebrow treatments and home care.
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and preferences for eyebrow treatments.
• Perform eyebrow waxing, tinting, brow lamination, brow mapping, and brow henna treatments with precision and care.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of client treatments and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment room and work area.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest eyebrow treatment trends, techniques, and products.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products.
• Proficient in performing a variety of beauty therapies, such as facials, massages, waxing, and Lash and Brow treatments.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in eyebrow waxing, tinting, brow lamination, brow mapping, and brow henna.
• Strong understanding of different eyebrow shapes, styles, and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and sales abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in performing treatments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

 Education and Certification:

• Certification or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Additional certifications in specialised eyebrow treatments are desirable.
