We are seeking a number of passionate and dedicated individuals for multiple locations launching across S/E Melbourne, West Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and East Melbourne.
The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the holistic approach to Beauty Therapy, recognizing the importance of treating the body as a whole. This role is not just about improving physical appearance but also about nurturing the mind and spirit, allowing our clients to achieve true balance and wellness.
Responsibilities: You will provide Holistic Facials and Bespoke Body Treatments, Body Massage, Enzyme Peels, Lash + Brow Tinting and Body Sugaring Hair Removal. Training will be provided if required.
- Welcome clients upon their arrival
- Ask targeted questions to identify clients’ needs
- Educate clients about treatment details, including benefits and the science behind how it works
- Inform clients about special offers and discount packages
- Build strong relationships with clients, maintain client records and establish a loyal, regular clientele
- Provide consultations and create unique treatments and plans that cater to each client's individual needs.
- Adapt your techniques, ingredients and methods based on each client's specific requirements.
- Meet sales targets by recommending and up-selling additional treatments or products.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing inventory as needed.
- Help manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the studio.
- Possibility of creating social media content and managing platform posts
- Deliver high-quality treatments using our training protocols.
Experience and Qualifications: Certificate III in Beauty Services, Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy, Diploma of Beauty Therapy or the equivalent.
Certification or experience in Body Sugaring Hair Removal is highly advantageous.
Hours: Our hours are 9.30am - 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday. We can offer you guaranteed hours (up to 38 hours per week).
We place a strong focus on work/life balance and can offer alternating or no weekends if preferred, and flexibility in days & times of work to suit your lifestyle.
Rate of pay: $26 to $58 per hour depending on experience etc. including penalty rates.
