You'll be treating our wonderful clients in a beautiful workplace with a great team vibe and perks - think products, treatments, bonuses and team outings. You will be working in a small, close knit team with the owner still working as a hands on therapist.
We believe in providing results with relaxation and pride ourselves on customising our treatments and courses to suit each client. We're also obsessed with achieving results!
You'll receive a lot of hands on training in all our treatments so you are confident with clients and even receive them yourself so you know what to expect. Continual training is a big focus for us and we have regular team development days.
You must be well spoken and presented, reliable, knowledgeable and willing to learn and advance your skills as extensive training will be provided in our treatments and skincare.
Experience in skin consultation and treatment course planning along with experience in Needling, Peels Microdermabrasion, LED and Enzyme Therapy are highly valued as well as any background with Ultraceuticals. Above all, the right attitude is most important. Experience in waxing, lash lifts, spray tans is also an advantage.
The role is flexible to suit the right candidate/s with 15-38 hour weeks available. Team perks include products at cost, some free products and treatments as well as the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, bonuses and gifts. High performers will be able to achieve $200+ extra per week.
