We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Dermal Therapist to join our team of professionals and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including but not limited to chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser therapy, and microneedling.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and create tailored treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and concerns.
- Educate clients on appropriate skincare routines and recommend suitable home care products.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional client experiences and outcomes.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized treatment space.
- Front of house responsibilities including schedule management, billing and other Reception duties.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field, with a focus on dermal therapy.
- Current registration or eligibility to obtain registration with a recognized professional association.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency in operating advanced skincare equipment, such as lasers and radiofrequency devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client education and care.
