Position Overview: As a Beauty Therapist at Cocoon Spa, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' well-being by delivering a range of beauty treatments and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in beauty therapy techniques, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
• Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for clients.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend products for at-home care.
• Two Wellbeing & Wellness Days
• Keep accurate records of client information and treatment history.
   

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and beauty treatments.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other professionals.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and techniques.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
