Bed Manager Rotation
- 6-month secondment available for current staff

- Part Time - 64 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster
This is a fantastic professional development opportunity for ANUMs, Floor Coordinators and Team Leaders looking to gain experience in a hospital-wide operational role. This is a rolling 6 month rotational role within Access & Patient Flow.
This secondment is 0.8EFT (64 hours per fortnight) on a rotating roster. This rotation will commence on 1 July 2024. You will need your manager's support for this secondment before applying.
About you:
- You have previous experience in an ANUM/NUM role or equivalent.
- You are a great communicator with excellent interpersonal, problem solving and conflict management skills.
- You work well independently with demonstrated skills to lead staff during periods of increased activity.
