THE POSITION:

Stream Healthcare is recruiting a PBS Clinician position based in Adelaide, SA. You will be working with an NDIS Service Provider specialising in PBS, you will hold a mixed aged case load, and be a part of a vibrant and extremely supportive, close-knit team! This role will see you assist with bettering the outcomes for all clients. No KPI's and one admin day a week!!

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Core or proficient level
• Experience working within a PBS/NDIS setting will be highly regarded
• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
