About The OpportunityOur client requires a hands-on and motivated individual who leaves no stone unturned to get the job done. As the Office Manager, you must be a self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You will play a crucial role in supporting the office operations and some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Working within a multi-disciplinary team and confidently interact with key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality of data, including managing Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintaining and expanding current office practices.
- Completing audits, resolving problems, and contributing recommendations for improvement to management.
- Reporting to Management and clients via internal reporting tools
- Assisting the brokering team with Account Management of clients.
- Assisting the Accounts Payable team with Invoicing.
- Monitoring reporting systems and ensure service integrity to clients.
- Being responsible for integrity of data across multiple metering systems.
The successful candidate will have:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration (desired)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow established processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in SME Gas and Electricity Accounts (highly regarded)
You will also have:
- High competence in Microsoft EXCEL.
- A track record of meeting project deadlines and handling busy periods effectively.
- Proven previous experience in Customer Service.
- Accountancy and/or Bookkeeping background/experience preferable.
- Previous Project Management with New Venture Set Up Experience preferable but not essential.
- Previous work history in the Energy Industry (mainly SME gas and electricity accounts) if possible but not essential.

- $80K + Super (depending on experience)
