Job Responsibilities:
- Assess participants' needs and develop evidence-based support plans
- Identify meaningful goals and strategies
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Act as an advocate for best practices
- Mentor less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Earn between $80,000 - $100,000 p.a + Super (depending on experience)
