WithNot4 believes that people with disability and their families must have real choice and control over the decisions that affect their lives. Our role in this is to engage and educate staff to work with people with disability and their families to assist them to lead good lives.

This position offers regular and ongoing 8 hour shifts in teams of 2. Shifts are located in the Batemans Bay area.
Experience working with people with disability would be an advantage but isn’t a requirement. Full training and further professional development is provided.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who’s respectful, reliable, shows initiative and good judgement.
- You’ll be a team player who can easily fit into an established team of support people, and be a great communicator.
- You should be someone who can be energetic and enthusiastic no matter the time of day, but able to be calm and laid back when necessary.
- The right person can understand and follow guidelines and procedures.
- You’ll need a NDIS Worker Check & Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain), a reliable vehicle & drivers licence.
Duties include:
- Personal care
- Utilise hoists and electric wheelchair
- General household assistance
- School and learning activities
