Cellar Maintenance Australia (CMA) is a customer focused service company within the hospitality industry, one that provides a complete one stop shop experience of sales, rental, installation and service of beverage systems, ice machines, refrigeration, gas monitoring and gas equipment, spare parts and chemical.

PRIMARY PURPOSE
To maintain our customer's systems and equipment. Become a key team member within the CMA team ensuring that CMA maintains its excellent reputation for its customer focus and expertise in the hospitality market.
POSITION
- Monday – Friday, starting from 4/6am finishing 12/2pm, some flexibility, rostered weekends on after-hours rates on top of annual salary.
- Area of work is the Greater Brisbane area.
- Fully maintained company work vehicle provided during working hours.
- Company mobile phone provided.
- Full training provided.
- This is an exciting opportunity that currently exists for a full time Beverage Technician based in the greater Brisbane area, Lots of hours available if wanted.
- A 3-month probation period will apply.
- Experience is not necessary as full training is provided.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain customer’s beverage systems, ice machines and wash ware as per company policies and the companies standard operating procedures and site-specific procedures
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to meet company environmental, health and security standards
- Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained company vehicle, managing vehicle stock ensuring levels of parts, equipment and chemicals are adequate for your day-to-day duties
- Manage your company motor vehicle as per company policies
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Proven organising and time management skills, general understanding of the hospitality industry with an appreciation of the various market segments. The ability to see the big picture rather than isolated situations. Be technically minded with good eye hand coordination, be able to work unsupervised as well as within a team, these are key abilities together with decision making and problem solving.

- Has the capacity to take strong, decisive action in response to technical issues.
