THE ROLE
We're seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Perth CBD office. You'll be responsible for creating compelling data visualizations and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. You'll work closely with various departments to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards that monitor progress and drive strategic decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their information needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of accurate data for analysis.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other data visualization tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure data security and governance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proven experience with SAS and Power BI.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data extraction tools (ETL/ELT).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
SALARY
$120,000 - $140,000 per annum (plus superannuation).
