AddressBI Reporting Analyst
Richmond/WFH – Hybrid
Initial 12 Months Contract
Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced “BI Reporting Analyst”.
Key Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (optional)
- Previous experience as a Visualisation expert or Reporting Analyst using PowerBI or other visualisation tools in market.
- Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, time management, and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities. Exhibits good analytical skills and effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and make quality decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral, written, listening and presentation), teamwork and customer service skills and a demonstrated record of willingness to develop and implement customer-focused solutions.
