About the Role
Oversee the coordinating and managing of tender submissions, capability statements, expressions of interest and collateral updates. This Bid Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to multiple projects. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end to end bid process
- Create graphics/plans for tender submissions
- Review and respond to RFT
- Update collateral documents
- Assist with company event coordination
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in managing and coordinating bids
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
