About the Role
Oversee the coordinating and managing of tender submissions, capability statements, expressions of interest and collateral updates. This Bid Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to multiple projects. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration, where you can develop your skillset and take ownership of the end-to-end bid process. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a real impact on the success of this organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end to end bid process
• Create graphics/plans for tender submissions
• Review and respond to RFT
• Update collateral documents
• Assist with company event coordination

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in managing and coordinating bids
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
