The Opportunity:
The main function of this exciting Marketing Coordinator role is to support the team to grow our brand within the Australia and New Zealand market by reinforcing our brand identity through digital platforms and assisting in tasks with our retail partners. This role will also involve creative content ideation and execution of monthly marketing activities in line with the marketing calendar.
This is a 12 month Full Time contract role which may potentially become a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of social media platforms
- Planning and execution of social media strategy and content development
- Liaise with digital agencies to align organic and paid media strategies
- Development & management of influencer collaboration strategy
- Report on key metrics and KPIs for organic social media content and as well as key digital campaigns
- Write engaging copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with the brand values and tone of voice
Assistance in Marketing Team Administration
- Assist in tasks for preparation of product launches based on marketing calendar
- Work collaboratively with global markets to execute marketing contents, collaterals and assets appropriately for ANZ market & HQ
- Organise, plan, and optimise product representation across all channels
- Develop localised creative assets for each channel and retailer
- Assist with the coordination of marketing activities and initiatives including social media, events (this includes liaising with our PR Agency).
- Identify trends, analyse and report on consumer behaviours and industry trend
What you will bring:
- Bachelors (focus on PR, Digital Communication/Social Media and Content Marketing)
- 1-2 years of digital marketing, social media and brand/communications experience preferable
- E-Commerce experience working with B2C softwares e.g. Shopify/Klaviyo preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc)
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite abilities (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Proven ability to work well with diverse internal and external stakeholder
