Funfields Themepark is seeking a dynamic marketing all-rounder with hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing and sales. The key objectives of a Marketing Coordinator at Funfields Themepark is to develop, deliver, and manage media, communications and content strategy that drives:
- Visitation and Revenue
- Positive perception and a greater awareness of Funfields Themepark
The role would utilize a broad skillset to coordinate all marketing and communications-related activities in a dynamic workplace with evolving needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, objectives, and quality standards are delivered
- Work with the senior management to lead, develop and implement Funfields marketing plans, allocated budgets, and activities
- Deliver strategic media, social media and content activities that communicates Funfields’ purpose, grows revenue, strengthens reputation and services the communications needs of the organisation.
Communications
- Design and/or oversee the design of all visual branding and marketing material, ranging from billboards to signage, posters, flyers, social media, TVCs, radio, and other advertising.
- Maintain and enhance the theme park's brand image through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide media, social media, communication and content expertise and advice across all aspects of the organisation's operations, providing strategic direction and input as appropriate
Social Media
- Researching, analysing, and creating strategies to improve our social media platforms’ reach, engagement, and followings.
- Content creation for all social media platforms
- Plan budgets and implement paid social media campaigns for a range of events and activities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications relating to communications, PR, digital communications and/or marketing qualifications OR
- Equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training, or professional accreditation
- Exceptional abilities to communicate in impactful ways - verbally, visually, and written – with a strong ability to target diverse people and audiences.
- Competent graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, etc.
- Experience with hands-on elements such as artwork design, EDMs, Social Media Management, Website Management, Canva, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Wordpress or similar programs to assist in creating engaging visual content.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work harmoniously in a small, friendly team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in what is sometimes a fast-paced environment
