Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Bids Specialist to join our Newcastle Administration & Management Team.
As a Bids Specialist, you'll collaborate with technical teams to develop high quality, compelling and compliant proposals and ensure client's business and technical needs are addressed.
This role is an integral member of the Clients and Markets function and will see you involved in:
- Working with the Clients and Markets team to develop and deliver winning bid strategies.
- Collaborating with Bid Teams and Business Leaders to develop winning proposals.
- Deciphering the GHD difference and challenging the Bid Teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Provide comprehensive analysis on requirements of clients.
- Leading and facilitating bid workshops and reviews
- Develop and manage bid action plans.
- Significant and demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services or infrastructure industry.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across an organization.
- A proactive, organized and outcomes-oriented approach.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Adobe Creative Suite also desirable
