As the Group Bids & Proposals Coordinator you will work with the Strategy & Growth team to support all divisions Bids & Proposals Teams. The Group Bids & Proposals Coordinator plays a central role in the corporate team through assisting in all matters of administration of the business development and tender process, increasing the capacity of the Group to identify and generate new work.

Key Responsibilities:
Bids & Proposals Support and Coordination
- Provide administrative support for Bids & Proposals and coordinate the tender process
- Organise and coordinate document management system, response templates and tender documentation during the bid process, including formatting documents and troubleshooting
Business Development / Work Winning / Bid Library
- Coordinate, maintain and enhance the Group wide Work Winning / Bid Library tender library, update key company information, certificates, financial records etc
Business Development
- Monitor tender notification service portals and systems via the shared tender mailbox to identify new opportunities
- Coordinate the business opportunity tracking system, ensuring information is accurately maintained and timely approvals
- Provide support to prepare the monthly reporting of the Groups Business Development for executive and board level on the status of Bids & Proposals and performance of the Group
About You:
- Demonstrated experience working in bid teams within large professional organisations
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (Highly Desirable)
