Our Tender Coordinator role has become available, and we’re on the hunt for an amazing teammate to join our team!
*Full-Time Contract that ends on 30th June 2024.
This role will be a mix of working from home and can be located in our Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney offices.
Reporting to the Bid and Tender Manager, the Tender Coordinator role has responsibility to provide support in the delivery, coordination and production of high-quality tenders and submissions to support growth and margin objectives. It will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in supporting the development of compelling proposals that reflect the key messages of our customer focused and competitive operational solutions.
Working closely with the Commercial Team, you will have a clear understanding of our client’s requirements and key win themes. You will apply your ability and expertise to ensure bids and proposals have consistent content and messages. You will have an opportunity to look at how TELUS Health can improve efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and prepare for tender opportunities.
- Assist in reviewing tenders to ensure quality, management of risk and compliance purposes.
- Create bids from the initial qualification through to timely submission and outcome.
- Coordinate contract reviews
- Assist in the preparation of tender opportunities through a go/no-go selection process with key stakeholders.
- Manage competing deadlines and quality expectations in document preparation and bid submission.
- Recommend and apply continuous improvement to the tender process.
- Provide reports and analytics as required.
Requirements:
- Able to manage multiple tenders and change focus as priorities demand.
- Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively find solutions.
- Demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to all business and commercial dealings.
- Bid writing and coordination experience on mid-sized and medium complexity bids is an advantage.
- Proven administrative experience in coordinating successful proposals (or equivalent experience is ideal).
- Have the ability to multitask and have an eye for detail, quality, and presentation standards.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Have the ability to develop strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
