We are currently looking for an experienced Bid & Tender Consultant to join our Sydney based team.
Your new role
As a Bid & Tender Consultant you will manage the end-to-end process for a wide range of tenders and utilise your expertise to craft compelling tenders to secure new contracts. You may be working on a local preferred supplier agreements, an upcoming recruitment project or major government contracts, where no two bids will be the same. On a day to day basis, you will be;- Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across our APAC region to review and analyze tender requirements
- Source and develop the required bid material and data to build compelling tenders
- Understand and effectively translate how Hays can provide solutions for our clients, tailoring each tender to align with our values and expertise
- Ensure that bid material is creative, progressive, innovative and appropriately reflecting the bid briefing requirements and our Hays brand.
- Managing multiple tenders and delivering these within the allocated timeframes
What you'll need to succeed
We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. Ideally you will have 2+ years' experience working in a similar Bids & Tender capacity, you don't need experience in the recruitment industry however this would be an advantage. Either way, we you know you have:- A passion for building partnerships and the ability to engaging with a wide range of stakeholders within the Hays business
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively and clearly through written text
- The ability to self-manage and display a high level of attention to detail
- Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly word and excel
