We own and operate solar farms, commercial and industrial scale solar and battery systems as well as precinct energy infrastructure which provide electrical embedded networks, district heating and district cooling systems across Australia. About the Role
We are seeking a capable and motivated Utilities Billing Analyst to join our team and support the development of CleanPeak's business, achieved through both organic growth and M&A. If you love providing great customer service, have high attention to detail with unparalleled accuracy and proactively look for ways to improve processes, then this is the job for you.
This is an entry level role and we will provide you with significant support and training to get up-to-speed on the energy market and enable you to develop yourself for further career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing on time, accurate billing, billing reports and accounts to customers
- Close collaboration with finance team to enable end-to-end billing and accounting processes
- Conducting data analysis and generating regular operational performance reports
- Demonstrate initiative that identifies existing and potential issues and propose resolutions
- Identifying process and system improvements and supporting the delivery of solutions for customers
- Maintaining positive relationships with key customers to deliver excellent customer service
- Troubleshooting issues to solve customer problems
- Comply with all relevant legislation, standards and codes of internal and external requirement
Role Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Customer account management
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Intermediate ability with MS Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time & task management to meet customer deadlines
- Positive team player who works collaboratively
- Full Australian work rights mandatory
- Experience in the Energy Market and billing systems e.g. Utilibill, will be highly regarded. However, training will be provided
