We are seeking 1 x Billing Analyst on either a part time (4 days) or full-time basis. Working alongside other Billing Analysts. The Ideal Candidate
Experienced in utilities or billing is a plus, but a hunger for learning and meticulous attention to detail are non-negotiables. If you thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment and excel in communication, time management, and problem-solving this is the role for you.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel essential
- Background in utility/billing experience such as electricity, gas, water, telcos, insurance, banking (highly desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience in CRM data entry, extracting reports and data manipulation essential.
- Must be comfortable with complex numbers.
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Sales support experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills are essential to this role as you will be liaising with colleagues and suppliers.
- Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn and improve on processes.
The Role
From ensuring CRM data accuracy to resolving billing disputes and supporting sales, you'll be the backbone of our clients' operations.
- Ensure accuracy of client data in the CRM
- Create, compile and export databases from the CRM and/or Excel.
- Liaise with Energy retailers to resolve billing disputes or other issues.
- Loading urgent contracts in digital signing platforms
- Answer calls and direct client inquiries to the relevant account manager.
- Maintaining client documents and records (following internal systems)
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks.
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update in the CRM system.
- Communicate with internal team members to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Promote brand image and awareness through social media.
