Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Erp / F&O / Finance / Billing

We have a new opportunity available for a motivated Business Analyst to come in and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technology teams.   Working for one of Australia’s leading brands in their sector, we’re seeking a Business Analyst who can build a good understanding of specific ERP related business needs, determining and documenting accurate requirements from business units and interfacing and working in line with the technology teams to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation project, with a focus towards F&O and the finance billing side of the project.  
  
This is a technical BA position that requires someone that has come from a background working across a variety of different ERP business systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) so that you’re comfortable acting as the bridge between technical teams, end-users, system owners, and business stakeholders.
  
Day to day responsibilities:

• Business process mapping for on-going D365 ERP project requirements.
• Working in conjunction with the Finance Teams, Technology teams, Business Systems Lead’s, and Architects, acting as the main liaison for business analysis work.
• AS-IS – TO-BE process analysis and documentation.
• Support the D365 ERP upgrade initiatives, and support commercialisations and implementation of D365 ERP modules (F&O) going into production.
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Identify and recommend business process improvements for the D365 ERP solution.
• Work with business areas in providing transitional processes that align and work towards the agreed TO-BE processes.
• Liaise and integrate with business, finance and technology teams to ensure alignment between technical & functional specifications and business objectives.

Skills & experience required:

• Business Analysis experience in stakeholder facing environment.
• Extensive Business Analysis experience working across a variety of business systems such as ERP’s, ideally with good overall exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (F&O).
• Knowledge of various Microsoft D365 ERP modules across areas such as Finance, Billing etc..
• Proven experience working with Technology teams & Solution Architects to ensure technical specifications are aligned to business goals, business needs and stakeholder’s expectations.
• Excellent process & data mapping skills.
• Strong communication skills in being able to deal with stakeholders of all levels in a customer facing environment.
• Excellent time management and prioritising abilities.
