Your Next Opportunity:We now have an exciting opportunity available for experienced Building Management System (BMS) Service Technicians to join our team and provide high-quality service to our clients across Metro Sydney and, occasionally, the wider NSW region.
This is an autonomous role where you’ll be based on-site managing a portfolio of 15-20 clients, and will have the opportunity to investigate, troubleshoot and fix problems, as well as conduct routine maintenance.
You will be supported by a great team reporting to our operations manager, as well as the wider EC Group business across Sydney.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide a high level of customer service to your portfolio of clients
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of BMS equipment to identify and resolve issues;
- Perform scheduled planned preventative maintenance to complex systems;
- Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements;
- Provide technical support to clients; and
- Prepare and submit accurate service reports and documentation.
This role also has opportunities for growth and advancement within the EC Group.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:To be considered for this position, you must hold either a trade qualification or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, electrical, or similar.
You will have:
- Minimum 2+ year’s experience servicing BMSs
- Strong customer service skills
- Passion for investigating and problem-solving
- Strong mechanical mindset
