The Role
- Based in Canberra, ACT and covering surrounding areas.
- Learn and apply industry leading products and technology.
- Become the trusted advisor for customers, solving their challenges and delivering great outcomes around health and wellbeing, sustainability, safety and security.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing, Engineering, Installing, Commissioning and Servicing of Building Management (BMS) systems.
- Advising customers on best solutions for their targeted outcomes.
- Providing solutions and technical support to team members and other stakeholders.
- Coordinating and providing data and documentation on systems and analytics.
- Participating in team meetings, site meetings and business events.
- Participating in on-call roster.
- Working in a safe, compliant, professional and respectful manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in BMS and intelligent buildings and/or study focus on mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Pride in delivering quality service for customers.
- The ability to build excellent relationships with your customers.
- Strong computer skills including hardware setup, MS Office and databases.
