Parts Manager | Canterbury BMW

Canterbury BMW is seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the parts department including inventory management, ordering, pricing, and stocking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts sales and profitability.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Lead a team of parts associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve departmental goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive parts management, preferably within a luxury brand dealership.
  • Strong knowledge of BMW vehicles and parts catalog.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
