About the role: We are looking for someone who delivers, has a track record that is supportive of volume and an outstanding guest experience. A high-achieving Sales LEADER, to help train, develop and coach a winning team to even greater success. You will be process-driven and understand the importance of adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Extensive sales experience within the automotive industry is a must as is the desire to build on a high-performing team culture. The successful applicant will need prior leadership experience in the automotive industry and demonstrate a professional approach and the ability to interact positively with our entire business and guests.
