About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join a highly dynamic, successful, and motivated sales team throughout Australia. Reporting to the Business Unit Head, Infusion and Nutrition Systems, this role will require you to lead a team of Account Managers and Clinical Support Specialists.In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to implement and execute a Marketing and Sales strategy for the INS portfolio of the MedTech Business Unit to increase brand awareness, market share and achieve sales and expense targets.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Business Planning
  • Leadership and Direction
  • Travel
  • Sales Strategy
  • Budgeting
  • Performance Management
  • Organisational Capability Building

This role will involve travel, specifically 50-75% of the time. The travel will be in-field working with Account Managers across various regions in Australia (NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, SA, WA, QLD, and the NT). Ideally, the incumbent should be based in, or around Sydney to facilitate in-field interactions within the NSW team. The company follows a one team approach, emphasizing collaboration and celebrating wins together. If you are a great communicator, have a strong management background, experience in sales, then this role is for you!

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years sales experience, ideally as a Sales Manager, with Pharmaceutical or Medical Technology companies
  • Experience in management and people leadership, including experience of planning, managing, and organizing resources
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health related or business discipline
  • Current Driver's Licence, willingness to travel within the territory including some regional and interstate travel
