Job DescriptionViva Energy Retail have an amazing opportunity for two Graduates to join our Retail Operations Team. In this role you will embark on an exciting journey as you rotate across both our Site Operations and Store Support functions across a two year program. As part of the Graduate Program, you will take part in the following:
- Work in our sites to gain a deep understanding of how they operate
- Be exposed to our Retail Operations Team and learn how to motivate and develop a successful team
- Take on key projects to support or transformation and continuous improvement
- Spend time in our Store Support Centre to understand how key functions successfully support our sites and team members
- Develop the leadership and remote management skills to be able to support a cluster of stores in an Area Manager capacity by the end of the program
Eligibility criteria
- Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold permanent residency
- Completed the relevant undergraduate or post-graduate degree in the required discipline (within the past 2 years) prior to commencing the program

- Full time ongoing permanent position
- A series of rotations across store operations that will provide you with the opportunity to develop your knowledge, experience and technical competencies

- Support from leaders who will coach and guide you through each stage of the program and a buddy to provide you with day-to-day support
