Reporting to General Counsel provide crucial board support for a renowned healthcare body. Immediate start for 2 months with potential to extend!

Our client is a well-known healthcare organisation in the inner north suburbs.
About the Role
Reporting to a supportive & flexible General Counsel, this role will provide crucial secretarial support to the board of approximately 10 members. Meeting management will be a key aspect from start to finish and the opportunity to be involved in Governance is offered.
This role is Monday-Friday, with flexibility to WFH when suitable (approx. 2-3 days per week). This is a temporary assignment starting ASAP for approximately 2 months with potential to extend!
Duties
Some of your key duties will include:
Meeting room management including; creating agendas, packs, taking minutes and distribution of documents
Writing and distribution of minutes from in person and online meetings
Governance - provide advice to board on issues where suitable
Provide support to the General Counsel wherever required
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
Previous experience in a similar Board Secretary position - 2 years minimum
Previous experience in a healthcare organisation - desirable
Be immediately available to start!
