Service Attendant / Engine Driver
Are you an experienced and dedicated individual with a strong background in operating ammonia refrigeration plants and steam boilers? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Attendant / Engine Driver to join our dynamic team. If you have the necessary qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining ammonia refrigeration plants to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Monitoring and managing steam boilers, ensuring they are performing within required parameters.
- Conducting regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance on equipment to avoid unscheduled downtime.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to perform routine preventive maintenance activities.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a secure working environment.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating equipment performance, making necessary adjustments as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operating ammonia refrigeration plants and steam boilers
- Possessing advanced boiler operation licenses to operate and maintain boilers.
- Sound knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and their operating principles
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills:
- Forklift license or experience operating forklifts.
- Additional certifications or licenses related to refrigeration, boilers, or related fields.
Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility to work on a weekend shift. Applicants should be willing to accommodate weekend work as part of their regular schedule.
