Boilermaker /Fabricator

Synaco Global is seeking skilled boilermakers/ fabricators to join our client's day shift team based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. The offered pay rate is between $45-$60 (depending on skills) per hour + Super & O/T. This role is both MiG and TIG

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on structural steel components and stainless steel (MIG /TIG)
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Fabricate, assemble, and weld structural steel according to specifications
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Boilermaker Qualification
• Cert 3 in Engineering fabrication Trade (Welding) or Similar 
• Based in South East of Melbourne, Australia. 
• Two references
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience of welding rolling stock components (ideally Pantographs) but not essential
