Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret engineering drawings and plans to fabricate steel components.
• Measure, cut, shape, and weld steel to precise specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and machinery.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of fabricated components.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Boilermaker or Structural Steel Fabricator.
• Strong welding skills and the ability to work with various steel types.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious and familiar with relevant workplace safety procedures.
• Welding certifications or qualifications (preferred but not mandatory).
