AddressRMEM Engineering is a large Mechanical and Electrical Company located in Canning Vale, W.A. The company specialises in the overhaul and refurbishment of mechanical and electrical equipment for the mining industry.
This is an opportunity for one, possibly TWO Boilermaker / Sheet metal Worker / Welder to join our growing team.
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly driven and energetic person who has a strong work ethic, reliable and a willingness to learn
Position Requirements (Desirable):
To succeed in this position, you will need to have;
- 10 yrs workshop experience
- Proficient with use of OHC / Basic Rigging skills
- Forklift Licence
- Able to weld Flux Cored - 1554-SP PT1
- Able to weld Solid Wire - 1554-SP PT1
- Familiar with - Press brake use
- - Guillotine use
- - Light Plate rolls
- Must be able to read / interpret Engineering drawings
- Must have current LV licence / HR advantageous
- Must be prepared to work extra hours when required
- Be a self starter
- Work unsupervised
- Work well withing a team environment
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Must have own standard tools of trade
