From managing crews both internally and on-site to overseeing fabrication and welding projects, you'll be at the forefront of our operations. What We're Looking For
- Minimum two years' supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Australian Trade Certificate or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety systems and procedures.
- LR/MR driver's license and National Police Clearance.
- Confined Space, Working at Heights, and Elevated Working Platform (EWP) licenses.
- WHS Statutory Supervisor qualification.
- Experience in performance management and team leadership.
- Proficiency in computer software for scheduling and job management.
