Responsibilities:

• Analyze and comprehend blueprints and engineering drawings.
• For fabrication, use stick, TIG, and MIG welding processes.
• Use welding equipment in a safe manner.
• Assemble parts using different materials.
• Conduct comprehensive quality assessments.
• Work together with coworkers to resolve fabrication issues.
• Ensure that the workspace is kept tidy.
• Respect business policies and safety standards.
• Determine areas where the process can be improved.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Possession of a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication trade.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods.
• Ability to interpret and comprehend blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with safety procedures.
• Capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
