We are multiple Cafes venues serving coffee, breakfast and lunch in various locations. Our customers are mainly the locals who love to visit our friendly cafe just for a freshly morning brewed coffee or a meeting place with friends. We are located in Bayswater (the Drip) and Midland (The Cups) that are close to the train station convenient to staff and local commuters to most suburbs.Come and try our coffee and give us a review.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in the cafe or similar food industries.
- Must obtain a diploma certificate in accounting or equivalent.
- Familiar with MYOB software, Microsoft excel and Google Suite.
- Must have timesheet and payroll experience for all types of employment.
- Effective verbal and writing communication is essential.
- Must have own car.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Organise and manage suppliers, data entry statement and invoices into MYOB for payment.
- Liaise with cafe managers for weekly timesheet, data entry into the timesheet register and prepared payroll for payment. Assist the manager with weekly roster proposal.
- Liaise with cafe managers to manage stock, refill stock and make sure stock available at all time.
- Prepare monthly IAS, quarterly BAS and submission to ATO.
- Manage all document to google cloud service as required by the management
- Assist the manager with managing staff, abiding procedure and policies.
- Maintain the office with a high standard house keeping procedure as requested.
- Assist other businesses as required when there is time available.
