BCJ Plastic Products is a privately owned, progressive and growing manufacturing business, located in the Kewdale industrial estate, close to Belmont shopping centre. We have been manufacturing bespoke plastic products for over 40 years, and now have an opportunity for an experienced Book Keeper and Office Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a diverse role to challenge you and build your office skills, in a positive and supportive team environment.
Ideally you have completed an admin or office administration related course or have strong practical experience in your career to date. Areas of focus for this role are to;
- Manage and maintain all aspects of MYOB for the business
- Core business financial and bookkeeping activities
- Manage the office and specifically the reception activity
- Answer and forward incoming calls
- Check and answer emails
- Enter and print job cards
- Advise clients when jobs are complete
- Process job cards to invoices
- Process EFTPOS payments at reception or over the telephone
- Complete all Associated Payroll duties
- Check and enter accounts payable Items
- Reconcile Accounts Payable each month
- Undertake efficient and ordered filing
- Book couriers for deliveries
- Undertake other general office duties
